What if my item is damaged in shipping?

Buyers are responsible for keeping all packaging and content of any item damaged in shipping. We insure each package but it is your responsibility to provide a photo of both packaging and damaged item in order for us to collect from the insurer and reimburse or replace the item for you. What are the conditions of returning an item?

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

If it is a regular price item, buyer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee, as well as return shipping costs.
