What if my item is damaged in shipping?

Buyers are responsible for keeping all packaging and content of any item damaged in shipping. We insure each package but it is your responsibility to provide a photo of both packaging and damaged item in order for us to collect from the insurer and reimburse or replace the item for you. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

What are the conditions of returning an item?

Return Policy:

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Contact us at info@thenorthernlightsgallery.com for all return requests. Returns will be issued to the same form of payment used. Sale items are NOT eligible for return. If it is a regular price item, buyer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee, as well as return shipping costs. If item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We reserve the right to refuse a return, and these policies may change at any time.

What if I need to cancel an order?

We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Any order cancellation is subject to a fee that is based on item total.
