What if my item is damaged in shipping?

Buyers are responsible for keeping all packaging and content of any item damaged in shipping. We insure each package but it is your responsibility to provide a photo of both packaging and damaged item in order for us to collect from the insurer and reimburse or replace the item for you. What are the conditions of returning an item?

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

If it is a regular price item, buyer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee, as well as return shipping costs. Original outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from final refund total. If item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We reserve the right to refuse a return, and these policies may change at any time.

Beautiful Necklace

I love the design of the necklace which lays really well on the neckline and the flexibility of the necklace length. The crystals are very clear and sparkle, and the colors don't overwhelm the design of the necklace. I love the style of the designer Sorrelli. I have several other pieces from this designer.
