What if my item is damaged in shipping?
Buyers are responsible for keeping all packaging and content of any item damaged in shipping. We insure each package but it is your responsibility to provide a photo of both packaging and damaged item in order for us to collect from the insurer and reimburse or replace the item for you. What are the conditions of returning an item?

If it is a regular price item, buyer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee, as well as return shipping costs. Original outgoing shipping costs will be deducted from final refund total. If item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We reserve the right to refuse a return, and these policies may change at any time.
